LOCATED IN THE GAY AREA OF PLAYA DEL INGLÉS
This apartment is located in the gay area of Playa del Inglés, at just 5 min. walking from CC Yumbo or the CC Cita and 14 min. from the Dunes of Maspalomas and from the beach, in the heart of the city, with access to all commodities : supermarkets, bus stops, taxi, doctor, restaurants, bars, rent a car... There are three restaurants at the groundfloor, two of them open all day along.
Playa del Inglés gay area is concentrated around the Yumbo Centre, the Cita Centre and the Avenida de Tirajana, connecting together this two attractive poles. The Avenida de Tirajana is the most prestigious avenue of the city and very conveninent. The gay scene is all around.
The apartment consists of a big living room with american kitchenette, a spacious private balcony terrace with beautiful views and a double bedroom with large closets. It is fully furnished, equipped, and offers a high speed wifi access. The living room has a 40" flat screen TV with international channels. On the kitchen side, you have a microwave, induction hobs, a refrigerator with doble door, a kettle, a coffee maker, hotplates and all the necessary crockery.
We also provide household linen, such as sheets, blankets and towels. If needed, you can also use the washing machine in the bathroom.

Public transport : bus lines 66 / 90 (Bus stop is "Av. Bonn / Plaza Teror).
