In LA PLATA, in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, between Degollada de Cruz Grande and the town of Ayacata, approx. 1,200 m above sea level and 45 minutes by car from Maspalomas, is this century-old house. The house has an old part, from 1917, that consists of a spacious room with a four-sided tile roof, in which there is the living room, the bedroom, and a wooden mezzanine.

The house was extended with a part of new construction made of cement blocks, in which there is a complete and independent kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom with a shower.

The house consists of approximately 70 m², with the patio included.
