The Brunch Club cafeteria is the new project of Charly & Tom, two gay men from Cologne (Germany), partners in life and in business, in complicity with Jessie, a long-time employee. All three used to manage the formerly Warm & Brüderlich café in the Cita Centre and they welcome you now in a new cozy place in the heart of Playa del Inglés.
The Brunch Club by Charly & Tom opened its doors in April 2023, on Avenida de Tirajana, on the ground floor of the EuroPlaya building, just 2-minute walk from the Yumbo Centre. You will find there the same excellent service and delicious food as in Warm & Brüderlich, still paying a lot of attention to details, but with many good things and surprises more, in particular a larger food and drink menu.
From the opening, The Brunch Club is run by Charly and Jessie, you can meet them when you visit the place. Both have chosen to live in Gran Canaria « because of the amazing community, the good vibes, the very free lifestyle, and, of course, because of the sun, the sand, and the beautiful ocean » and they still love it !

Why did they move their business from the Cita Centre to Avenida de Tirajana ? « We see a lot of potential in this new place, and we are very excited about the big open-air terrace. We are located now very close to the Yumbo Centre, in an animated part of the seaside resort, and we like the mixity of visitors, the people's diversity, and the great neighborhood we have. We hope to bring even more fun and life to the area. We do want to create a warm atmosphere in our café, but we also want everybody to feel welcome and enjoy a good meal. Our focus is definitely to transport a heartfelt community, a lot of joy, and a certain connectedness between people.»
We’re always drawn to new projects and challenges, but as all of us appreciate a delicious and individual breakfast, this project still remains our logical choice !
In The Brunch Club, the breakfast style is very contemporary, and they put a lot of effort into guaranteeing absolute freshness. They also offer as little convenience as possible and focus on homemade things instead.
« A healthy lifestyle plays a role as well; we’re offering a lot of different smoothies, yogurts, fresh fruits, muesli, and so on. We do offer a lot of other meals besides breakfast, like bocadillos, sandwiches, roasted breads with different toppings, cheese, waffles, cakes, wine, cassarole, bowls, etc. We also have different fresh drinks depending on what kind of ingredients are available. »
