Robin and Philip have been partners in love and life for over 13 years. Their story began 15 years ago at a mini-golf course in Gran Canaria, where a spark ignited on the very first night they met—culminating in their first kiss amidst the magic at Sparkles Bar. This enchanting moment set the stage for their deep connection to the island.

Originally from Berlin, Germany, the couple embarked on various business ventures before deciding to make a permanent move to Gran Canaria one year ago. They envisioned a place that embodied their values: love, acceptance, and joy. Thus, the Rainbow Room was born.

The name “Rainbow Room” symbolizes their belief that love is universal. They wanted to create a cozy, modern bar where everyone feels welcome and happy—an oasis that they felt was missing from Gran Canaria. With their commitment to serving fresh, delicious food and the best cocktails in town, they quickly gained a reputation for their famous tacos and signature drinks.

At 43, Robin brings a wealth of experience and passion for hospitality, while 39-year-old Philip complements him with his flair for creativity and entertainment. Together, they designed and decorated the Rainbow Room to reflect their vision of a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
